Product Details

While the free water in the sludge flows out through the screen, the solid material is transported inside the screen frame by the screw to resist gravity and discharge the mud outward. As the screen diameter decreases, the sludge volume in the pressing area also decreases accordingly.

The press cone at the sludge outlet can adjust its position according to the filtration pressure inside the machine. The screen frame can be washed and cleaned automatically by the automatic punching system.
